A 8-week plan that includes everything you need to get across the finish line of your first 5K. This program will take you from non-runner to 5K finisher, with no distance prerequisites required. This program emphasizes endurance-building and helping running feel better and easier. It will have you running 3 days per week and does not include speed work.
In addition to smart, progressive programming, you’ll receive guidance on warm-ups, basic fueling and sports nutrition, running shoes, how proper training works, how to incorporate strength training with your running, and more.
